The Llandudno War Memorial information has been extracted from a file deposited in the Conwy Archive. The data was originally compiled by local volunteers on behalf of the National Inventory of War Memorials.
The information replicates exactly what appears on the memorials, as transcribed by volunteers. We do not hold service records. Therefore it is unlikely we would be able to provide any further information.
Army service records for World War One are held at The National Archives and many are available online at www.ancestry.co.uk . Ancestry.com is freely available to the public in the Conwy Archive Service search room.
World War Two service records are held with the MoD (Ministry of Defence) and are available to next of kin. If the researcher is of no relation, permission from the next of kin is required. For further details please visit their website.
