The league has 3 adult divisions and one junior division.
All adult divisions play on a Monday evening across 3 leisure centres:
- Division 1 - John Bright Leisure Centre
- Division 2 - Creuddyn Leisure Centre
- Division 3 - Aberconwy Leisure Centre
The junior division train on various different days at a variety of locations.
The league is run by an elected committee of volunteers, and these are re-elected annually at the leagues AGM.
