The Carers Assessment is an opportunity to have a conversation about what matters to you and determine what information, support or services may be available to support you in your caring role.

The Carers Assessment seeks to identify how caring affects your life and what outcomes you wish to achieve to look after your own wellbeing.

The following videos created by Carers Wales help to explain the assessment process.
