What is the Health, Social Care and Wellbeing Network?

The Health, Social Care and Wellbeing Network is part of the wider partnership and is supported by Community Voluntary Support Conwy, the local Voluntary Council that supports the third sector and voluntary groups.

The network is kept up to date about the health, social care and wellbeing agenda through:

• Quarterly network meetings open to all voluntary and community groups working in health, social care and wellbeing and interested stakeholders
• Information through email, CVSC social media and e-bulletins and Conwy People’s Partnership newsletters
• Mechanisms to ensure voluntary sector representation on strategic planning groups, and task and finish groups, as relevant
