Refurbishment Work: 7 Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay

What is happening?
We will be carrying out refurbishment work at this property. This will include installing skylights and rendering external walls at a high level at the back of the property.
To do this work, we will be using a crane placed in the Ivy Street car park access road. This is scheduled to take place on Monday 2 September for one day. There will be no pedestrian access to Ivy Street car park from Abergele Road while the crane is in place.
We will also be carrying out work in the former Peacocks shop on Station Road.
Our contractors will do their best to keep disruption to a minimum, and we apologise for the inconvenience this work may cause.
