NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Kinmel Bay Coastal Defence Improvements Scheme:  Proposed development at Towyn Revetment, at the frontage of Golden Sands Caravan Park (NGR: SH 97190 79927), to Horton’s Nose in Kinmel Bay East (NGR: SH 99462 80988).


I give notice that
Conwy County Borough Council is applying to Conwy County Borough Council Local Planning Authority for planning permission for Kinmel Bay Coastal Defence Improvements Scheme.

Members of the public may inspect a draft copy of the application at Kinmel Bay Library, Community Centre, Kendal Road, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, LL18 5BT(Opening times: Tuesday 10am-1pm, Wednesday 2pm-6pm, Thursday 10am-1pm, Friday 2pm-5pm) and online at https://www.conwy.gov.uk/KBcoastaldefence

Once submitted and validated by Conwy County Borough Council, the application will be available to view online at https://www.conwy.gov.uk/planningexplorer
