Section 122 (1) & (2A) - Local Government Act 1972 (As amended)
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 Sections 122(1) and (2A), Conwy County Borough Council intends to appropriate an area of open space land totalling 2176m2 at Eirias Park, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 8BN such land to be appropriated for planning purposes for the construction of a new Children’s Assessment Centre building.
A plan of the land proposed to be appropriated is available for inspection on the Eirias Park fence, next to the former Meadow Lodge site, 247 Abergele Road, Old Colwyn, LL29 9YF. The proposal can also be viewed on the Conwy County Borough Council website.
Any representations or objections to the intended appropriation must be made in writing to Social Care, Conwy County Borough Council, PO Box 1, Conwy, LL30 9GN or via email to social.care@conwy.gov.uk quoting reference ML Land Appropriation by 5pm on 27 January 2021.
