Conwy County Borough Council (Off-street Parking Places) Order 1997 (Amendment) Order 2025
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, together with all other enabling powers to amend The County Borough of Conwy (Off-street Parking Places) Order 1997 the effect of which will introduce new charges, seasonal charges, free limited waiting parking areas and addition to the class of vehicles permitted in car parks as detailed in Schedule below.
A copy of this Notice, Order and plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Coed Pella Offices, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Llandudno and Llanrwst Library and on the Council website during normal opening/office hours and on the Council’s website.
Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Colwyn Bay LL29 OGG or to traffic@conwy.gov.uk by 11 April 2025.
