Message from the Chief Executive, Conwy County Borough Council

The Council has now taken possession of our Coed Pella offices and staff have started moving in.

Coed Pella will enable us to provide the best support possible for our residents and businesses so you may well notice our teams moving in as we bring key services together. Although Coed Pella will be open to the public shortly, Council services will move in over a period of a few weeks.

During this time, Council services will remain available and operate normally. If you have a meeting coming up or need to contact one of the services, we would advise getting in touch beforehand to check where they will be based.

I would like to thank you for your patience during the build – we have resurfacing work to finish on Conway Road and the external work will then be complete.

We do want to be a good neighbour and part of the Colwyn Bay community so if you have any queries, questions, or an issue you would like to raise with us please give us a call on 01492 574000 or email information@conwy.gov.uk.
