In general, a person needs to be referred for a parcel by a professional person (e.g. Social Worker, Benefit Officer, Local Cllr, Education, Police, Reverend etc.) who is aware of their situation.

Open Tuesday 5 - 7pm and Thursdays 12-3pm   The first time residents visit the shop, there will be a £5 cost for annual membership – which includes a reusable bag. Each return to the shop will cost £3.50 for a minimum of 10 items. Aimed at helping people who are struggling with the increased cost of living, the Community Shop redistributes high quality products supplied by FareShare. It provides a social space with further support if needed. There is no criteria to use this service – anyone can join

Club members pay a Subscription Rate for the receipt of weekly food of their choice, which could make up a basic weekly requirement. The sliding Subscriptions range from £1.50 for £5.99 worth of food to £14.50 for £50 worth of food. Food is pre ordered and then collected at a specific time slot.

Anyone wishing to donate food to the FoodShare programme is very welcome to do this. Such donations should be taken to the centres on the days listed. These are the only days that FoodShare staff will be present at the venues. Our Operational Centre is at Emmanuel Church in Llandudno and we will be contactable at the Centre on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday mornings.

FoodShare North Wales, organises a weekly FoodShare Club at  Ebenezer Church,  Old Colwyn (opposite the Coop Garage), on Tuesday mornings (10 - 12.30), Homestart Community Centre, Tan y Llan Road, Old Colwyn on Tuesday afternoons (12.30 - 2.30), Emmanuel Church in Llandudno on Wednesday mornings (10 - 1), @20 Community Hub on Wednesday mornings (11 - 1), Dewi Sant Community Centre in Pensarn on Friday mornings (10 - 1), and St Marys Church, Towyn on Friday afternoons (12.30 - 2).
