What happens when an intruder alarm goes off out of hours?
When you have your intruder alarm systems monitored, a signal is sent to our alarm receiving centre (ARC) as soon as the system is activated. Once the signal is confirmed, we will initiate the appropriate response whether that be notifying your nominated person or initiating a police response.
