Please use this application if you want to transfer your child from one school to another during the year or are moving into Conwy.
There is no guarantee that a place can be offered if the year group in your preference school is full. It may be beneficial to include more than one school choice on the application form.
Please do not remove your child from their current school before you have had confirmation of a place and a start date at the new school.
