Key Features

  • Accessible via Mobile, Tablet, Laptop or PC - Mobile GPS data is utilised to zoom to your current location and plot the location of your request
  • Automatic email updates are issued to keep you informed of the status and progress of your request – this means you will always know the latest information about your report!
  • Report It is “Realtime” – When you ‘submit’ a report, it is sent straight to the responsible service to review
  • Photographs can be submitted with your request to support your enquiry or request

Old web forms, where applicable, have been replaced and will automatically redirect you to the new Report It link.

It can also be accessed directly via  https://erf.reporting.conwy.gov.uk

Speaking about Report It ahead of today’s launch, ERF’s Head of Service, Geraint Edwards stated the following:

“I am really excited for the public launch of Report It. It is a newer, smarter way for the Council to work with members of the public which will allow for accurate location-based reporting. Our staff have worked very hard to develop Report It and it has been running in Beta mode for several weeks without any issue. Report It will improve the way we communicate with members of the public as they will be able to see at a glance the progress of their request and they will receive automatic email updates as and when they are logged by our officers.”
