What is the Housing Support Grant?
From April 2020 the Supporting People Grant is now known as the Housing Support Grant.
The Housing Support Grant replaces Supporting People Programme, Homelessness Prevention Grant and Rent Smart Wales Enforcement.
What does the team do?
Every Local Authority in Wales has a Team who are responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing housing related support services.
What support do services offer?
The Housing Support Grant is a Welsh Assembly Government funding programme which is committed to providing a better quality of life for vulnerable people by supporting them to live independently.
Who do we help?
The Housing Support Grant funds a wide and varied programme of housing related support that reaches out to very different but equally vulnerable people in society.
