A beautiful woodland right in the heart of Colwyn Bay. The wood is almost entirely deciduous with a variety of native trees and exotic species such as sweet chestnut. There are many footpaths running through the woodland and a number of these are way marked for you to explore the site. There are 4 short circular walks varying from ¾ mile to 1 ¼ miles. Each one guides you through the ancient part of Pwllycrochan Woods helping you discover for yourself its history and wildlife.

- By Bus: Traveline Cymru: 0871 200 22 33 or www.travelinecymru.info
- By Car: Follow the A55 to junction 20, turning right onto B5115. At the roundabout take the first exit onto A547 Conway Road. Turn right onto B5113 Kings Road, then turning left onto Old Highway. Turn right onto Pen y Bryn Road and Pwllycrochan will be on the left
