The County Borough of Conwy (School Bank Road, Llanrwst) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2023


The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time in the length of School Bank Road, Llanrwst from a point 61 metres south east of its junction with Denbigh Street for a distance of 35 metres in a south easterly direction.

Exceptions will be provided in the proposed Order to permit waiting for the purposes of alighting, boarding, loading, unloading and works of maintenance, repair and the like.  Exceptions will also be provided in the proposed Order for vehicles displaying both a disabled person's badge and a disabled person's parking disc.

A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the length of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay, Llanrwst Library and on the Council website.

Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1, Conwy LL30 9GN or to traffic@conwy.gov.uk by 12 May 2023.
