Household Recycling Centres are busy sites which can be dangerous.

The Council’s Site Use Policy for Household Recycling Centres, is a comprehensive set of guidelines for site visitors.

Anybody entering the Household Recycling Centre agrees to stick to the policy guidelines. If you do not, you may be:

  • asked to leave the Household Recycling Centre
  • banned from  the Council’s Household Recycling Centres
  • prosecuted

Most of these guidelines are explained in brief elsewhere on the website and you can download the  full Household Recycling Centre Site Use Policy (PDF, 228KB)
