Emma can:
- Identify and help to overcome an individual’s various barriers to employment
- Support you to access pre-employment training available through Social Care Wales and the Conwy Social Care Workforce Service
- Support you with CV writing advice and guidance, application and interview processes and continuing in-work support
- Facilitate work placements for Health and Social Care students at Grwp Llandrillo Menai and support you to undertake 'taster sessions' in care settings in a wide range of employment opportunities throughout Conwy County
- Give support in these areas:
- Social Care worker: supporting individuals in the community or a care setting
- Catering and domestics in care settings
- Administration posts
- Early Years child care
- Participate in job fairs and other community events
