Home to School Transport consultation
Members of the Education & Skills Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet to consider feedback from Home to School Transport consultation.
Earlier this year, Conwy’s Education Service asked pupils, parents and the public for their opinions on discretionary home to school transport.
The results of that consultation will be presented to the Education & Skills Scrutiny Committee today (16 July) and then to Cabinet on 23 July.
Councillors will be asked to consider recommended changes to the Home to School Transport Policy.
Cllr Julie Fallon, Cabinet Member for Education said, “We had an excellent response to the consultation. I’d like to thank everyone who took the time to get involved - the well-considered and detailed comments have helped inform the way we’ll update our Policy."
