Prosecution for breaches of a Community Protection Notice

At Llandudno Magistrates Court on 20/01/2025, Mrs Sheila Margaret Stephens of Llys Charles, Towyn pleaded guilty to breaches of a Community Protection Notice under the Anti-social Behaviour Crime & Policing Act 2014.

The Notice was issued to Mrs Stephens last year due to her persistent anti-social behaviour towards her neighbours.

The Magistrates imposed a fine of £500, £425 contribution to costs, and a victim surcharge of £200. A total of £1,125.

The Notice remains in force at this time.
