Trefriw Flood Alleviation Work

The road will now be closed until Friday 20 September. The taxi shuttle service for bus passengers will operate during this time.

 

Trefriw to Dolgarrog B5106 ROAD CLOSED

  • Monday 2 September - Friday 6 September 
  • Monday 9 September - Monday 16 September

We are continuing work to improve drainage on B5106, as part of our Trefriw flood alleviation scheme. 
Our next site is at Coed Gwydyr North, where we will enlarge the culvert and straighten out the inlet.  

During the work, the road will be closed at this section. Please follow the diversion. 

While the road closed, the 19 bus service will continue to visit Trefriw (as far as Memorial/Woollen Mill), but will not travel through to Dolgarrog. 
A taxi service is available for bus passengers between Dolgarrog and Ty’n-y-Groes, 7am – 7pm. Please call 01492 642422 to book your seat.
