***Telephony Issue Update***
A problem was identified in an exchange earlier today which was causing our service outages, and our Telephony Provider have implemented a temporary fix by routing all our calls through alternate exchanges. At around 11:30 am we could see calls beginning to return to normal.
While we are still working under a temporary fix we must still consider that the service is in an ‘at-risk’ state and so we have not declared the issue resolved as yet – though having witnessed some stability in service for 4+ hours we are hopeful that this will be maintained.
We continue to monitor and work with our telephony service provider and will issue further updates as soon as we have them.
Again we apologise for any inconvenience or deterioration in the customer service experience due to this fault.
