Conwy Employment Hub needs to see proof of right to live and work in the UK, and the following is a list of the documents that can be shown as valid evidence:
- ASL4264 for an asylum seeker that has been granted permission to work in UK
- Biometric Residence Permit (issued to migrants granted permission to remain in UK for 6 months+)
- Birth or adoption certificate
- Correspondence confirming receipt or award of:
- Welsh Government Learning Grant FE
- Educational Maintenance Allowance or other loans/grants provided via Student Finance Wales/Student Loans Company
- Evidence of receipt of State benefits/pension
- DWP/Universal Credit/JobCentre Plus / Pension Service correspondence
- Identity Card (for non-EEA nationals issued by Home Office in place of visa)
- Immigrant Status Document (ISD) issued to non-EEA migrants
- NASS35 form, issued to asylum seekers after a positive decision on their asylum application
- National Insurance Number
- Plastic National Insurance card or official document relating to confirm the NI number
- Correspondence from the HMRC
- Correspondence from DWP
- Correspondence from Jobcentre Plus / Pension service
- Contract of employment or payslip from employer that includes employer name
- Passport (valid, unexpired from UK)
- Passport either endorsed “indefinite leave to remain proceed” or includes work or residency permits or visa stamps
- Residence Cards
- UK Citizens Card
- UK Immigration Letter granting “indefinite leave to remain”
- VALIDATE cards (similar to UK Citizens Cards)
- Unique Learner Number – clearly showing the participants full name, full address AND NI Number
