The rules

Learners sometimes get this support even if they live close to the school. We don’t follow the same rules on distance.

This is to help them attend school regularly and not miss out on an education.

Some comments

"I think free transport should be available to all children in Wales who live 2-3 miles away from their nearest school up to 19 yrs."

"School is paramount to their wellbeing and education. Being unable to attend would be devastating."
