Bryn Cadno is situated to the south of the western half of Colwyn Bay. To the north of the site lies the residential area know as Colwyn Heights. The south eastern side borders with open countryside.
Formerly part of a golf course this grassland site provides open space and attractive panoramic views from the mountains around to the Great and Little Orme. A small seasonal pond offers additional interest, with surrounding scrub being mainly composed of willow.
The site has good links with the surrounding network of public footpaths and can readily be incorporated into a circular walk. Why not embark on a circular walk linking Pwllycrochan Woods, Bryn Cadno and The View?
