Conwy Food Partnership is a Welsh Government funded initiative which is bringing members of the community together to work towards a more resilient food system, with shorter food miles, less food waste and improved access to nutritional, affordable food for everyone.
We are supporting a range of food-related projects which aim to increase access to locally grown produce for all, build community knowledge and skills in food growing, facilitate nutrition and cooking skills sessions and reduce our carbon footprint.
