Wynn Gardens is a small urban park set within a largely residential area. The gardens were donated to the local council by the Williams-Wynn family in July 1915.

Wynn Gardens was the first of Conwy's urban parks to apply for and gain Green Flag status in 2008 and has held this status for every year since. Wynn Gardens are centrally located within the town of Old Colwyn; as such the park is easily accessible. The continued use of the park by local residents shows the importance of a well maintained and people- friendly park and Wynn is often described as a microcosm of community life. The sculptures, the fountain, the sensory garden and the butterfly friendly garden enhance what is already a scenic and peaceful park and attract a wide range of local people enthusiastic about their park.
