Parking in Conwy’s pay and display car parks is free for blue badge holders in the designated disabled bays.
You must display your Blue Badge, and if there is a time limit you must also display your time clock, set to the time of arrival. Please check the car park information board for details of the time limit.
Blue Badge holders parking in a general bay will need to buy and display a ticket.
Blue Badge holders can park for free in any bay in on-street pay and display areas. There are some designated disabled bays on the Parade in Llandudno and Colwyn Bay Promenade.
