Do I need the correct change?
Our machines do not give change – you will need to pay with the correct coins.
Do the parking machines take notes?
No, our machines do not take bank notes.
Can I pay for a whole day?
Some of our car parks offer a 24 hour tariff, please check your destination to see if this is available.
Can I pay for several days at once?
Yes, you can use the PayByPhone system to pay for parking for up to 14 days.
Can I get an annual permit?
Yes, you can buy an annual parking permit for a particular car park, for on-street parking, or for all Council car parks in the county of Conwy.
Residents’ parking permits are also available in some areas.
