Kerbcraft is taught to Year 1 pupils at all schools in the County Borough.
This is a Welsh Government funded scheme that teaches children how to be safer pedestrians by teaching three different skills:
- finding a safe place to cross
- crossing by parked cars
- crossing near junctions
The training is done over 12 weeks, spread over the school year.
