The County Borough of Conwy (Treforris Road Dwygyfylchi) (One-way Traffic) Order 2023
The Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1 & 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit vehicular traffic proceeding in the length of road specified in Column 1 in the Schedule below from travelling in a direction other than that specified in Column 2. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 24 April 2023 may be examined on the Council website.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
