The County Borough of Conwy (Disabled Person's Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2024 - Part 1


The Conwy County Borough Council made the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will designate the length of road specified in the Schedule below as a Disabled Person’s Parking Place for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Person’s Badge and a Residents Permit.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 16 September 2024 may be viewed on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Schedule 1 - Disabled resident permit holders only

5 Tyddyn Terrace, Pendre Llanrwst

  • West side: from a point 20 metres south-east of its junction with Scotland Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south-easterly direction.
