The County Borough of Conwy (Various Roads Conwy) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024 - Part 2
Conwy County Borough Council made the above-named Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.
A copy of the Order and plan, which will come into operation on 3 May 2024 may be examined on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
Schedule - No waiting at any time
Sychnant Pass Road, Conwy
- Both Sides; from a point 35m west of its junction with Rhodfa Sychnant for a distance of 145m in a westerly direction.
Nebo Road, Nebo
- Both sides; from a point 5m south east of its junction with Ffordd Ty Newydd for a distance of 15m in a north westerly direction
