Land Registry exists to maintain and develop a register of title to freehold and leasehold land in England and Wales. Their website contains details of the information, publications and services they are able to provide. Registered properties in Conwy are dealt with by Land Registry, Wales Office. Alternatively, the Land Register Online website enables members of the public to download copies of title information for a small fee, payable by credit or debit card.
