It would be helpful when reporting any tree problem if you could supply the following information:
Exact location of the tree or nearby reference point
e.g. 'outside 21 High Street' or 'on the junction with another named road.'
The exact nature of the problem
e.g. ''the branches are so low that they are hitting passing vehicles'' or ''there is a very large hole in the base of the tree and I am afraid it may be dangerous'' or ''roots are lifting paving slabs creating trip hazards''
