Summary (optional) Cash payments for Council Tax, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Sundry Invoices, Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and Conwy Enforcement payments can be made free of charge at any Post Office.

If you wish to pay by this method, please take your Invoice/Demand Notice/Payment Card to any Post Office and our payment will be accepted.

Please allow 4 working days in order to ensure payment is received by the Council on or before the due date.
