You can now access free online mental health therapy from SilverCloud without needing a GP referral. You need to be:

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress
  • Living in Wales

 

You can sign up for a twelve-week course of online therapy from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
