Conwy County Borough Council Mental Wellness Team

The team works with people experiencing difficulties with their mental and emotional health, such as anxiety and depression, which do not require medical intervention from a nurse or doctor.

The team encourages a positive approach to your mental wellness and offers you the opportunity to work with us to address the issues which may have contributed to your current circumstances. The team see you as the expert in your own situation and will work with you to identify solutions and outcomes to the issues you are experiencing.
