Young Carers service in Wrexham, Conwy and Denbighshire (WCD – pronounced Wicked.)

WCD Young Carers is a voluntary organisation and charity supporting Young Carers throughout the counties of Wrexham, Conwy and Denbighshire. We do this through Outreach Workers based locally in your area.

We provide:

  • Information and advice - someone who will listen and understand
  • Advocacy – someone to speak on your behalf
  • Signposting to other sources of support and a forum for your voice
  • Young Carers groups, trips and newsletters to keep you in touch
