A dedicated helpline has been set up to provide advice and guidance for people arriving in Wales from Ukraine and for people who are acting as sponsors.
You can call the free helpline between 09:00hrs and 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday.

Please keep in touch and let Conwy County Borough Council know the date your guest(s) are expected to arrive and when your guest(s) have arrived.
We are here to support you, we are regularly updating our website and posting relevant information that may be useful to you as the sponsor and your guests.

Thank You Payment
Sponsors can receive an optional ‘Thank you payment’ of £500 per month. The payment will be made in arrears of one month by Conwy County Borough Council. The payment can only be made after accommodation checks and DBS clearance.
Once you’ve been approved as a sponsor and your guests have arrived, more information and an application form for the payment will be in the letter you receive from Conwy County Borough Council.
