School Admissions
As with all new learners that join our Conwy schools, our aim is to make the admission process and arrangements as straight forward and clear as possible.
The first step will be to complete the online admissions form which can be found here: Transfer between Schools during the year
A separate form will be needed for each learner.
Paper copies can be downloaded and printed from the page, or you can ask for a copy from Education Services on (01492) 575031.

This includes information about:
- The Admissions Policy
- A list of all Conwy schools
- Their contact details
- Their language category

Free School Meals / Uniform Grant.
Once your guest(s) claim UK Benefits, they can then apply for Free School Meals and a uniform grant.

School Transport
Your guest(s) can apply for home to school transport at: Free School / College Transport.
They can also apply by contacting the Transport Applications Team on (01492) 575595.
Once the application form has been received, the Transport Officer will be in contact to confirm eligibility and provide details of the transport arrangements.
