Changes to the Home to School Transport Policy from September 2025
Earlier this year, Conwy’s Education Service asked pupils, parents and the public for their opinions on discretionary home to school transport.
The results of that consultation were presented to the Education & Skills Scrutiny Committee and to Cabinet.
On 23rd July 2024, the Cabinet agreed changes to some discretionary criteria in the Conwy Home to School Transport policy.
These changes may affect learners who apply for free home to school transport for the academic year starting September 2025.

The changes do not affect statutory free home to school transport.
