Storm Darragh Update 07/12/24

The Met Office has issued an amber warning for strong winds and a yellow warning for rain which will impact North Wales today (Saturday): UK weather warnings - Met Office

Please be careful if driving or venturing outside in severe weather conditions. Council teams are responding to incidents across the county.

  • Report a fallen tree/large branch on 01492 575337 or 0300 1233079 (out-of-hours)
  • Report a power cut - call 105

  • B5106, Dolgarrog and Trefriw
  • A544 Llanfair TH
  • School Bank Road, Llanrwst
  • Grove Road, Colwyn Bay
  • Old Highway, Colwyn Bay
  • Rowen Road, Tyn Y Coed
  • Bryn Eglwys / Llwyn Onn junction
  • Morfa Ave, Kinmel Bay
  • Llanrwst Road/Oak Drive, Colwyn Bay 

Roads closed because of flooding:

  • B5106 Llanrwst to Gwydyr
  • Gors Road, Towyn
  • A548 Llangernyw to Llanfair TH

Libraries, Leisure Centres, Tourist Information Centres and Theatres are closed on Saturday 07/12/24.
