Our main office buildings are Bodlondeb located in Conwy and Coed Pella located in Colwyn Bay. A number of employees are based in these building providing front line and supporting services to the public. Below is a map and some useful information about each of the buildings.
We do have a number of other buildings located around the county delivering a number of front line services to the public i.e. Venue Cymru, Theatre Colwyn, Conwy Business Centre, Schools, Family Centres, Waste & Recycling Depots, Library Buildings and Leisure Centres.
Bodlondeb
Bangor Road, Conwy, LL32 8DU
- Car Parking – A free car park available during the weekdays.
- Staff Lounge – Situated on the first floor.
- Door Access Card - To gain entry into the building you'll need a door access card, this will be given to you on your first day.
- ID Badge - You must wear your ID badge when in the building so you can easily be identified as a Conwy employee.
Coed Pella
Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7AZ
- Car Parking – A free multi-storey car park is located to the rear of the building. There are a limited amount of spaces available, but there is electronic signage that will tell you how many are available. You’ll need to email your car registration number to facilitymanagementcoedpella@conwy.gov.uk
- On-street parking – is also available, but note some areas are time restricted. Please respect other car users, local residents and businesses and do not park over driveways/entrances etc.
- Staff Lounge – Situated on the second floor.
- Door Access Card – To gain entry into the building you’ll need a door access card, this will be given to you on your first day.
- ID Badge – You must wear your ID badge when in the office building so you can easily be identified as a Conwy employee. Coed Pella is open to the public, therefore it’s important to question the identity of anyone who is not wearing an ID badge.
