What happens next

After the consultation, we will:

1. Read and analyse all the responses and add into the options appraisal
2. Find the preferred option from the appraisal scoring and report on this
3. Create a detailed design of the preferred option (subject to funding)
4. Apply for planning permission and other approvals for the preferred option
5. Apply for construction funding
6. Aim to start construction by 2026 (subject to funding)
