Scheme objectives
The objectives for this scheme have come from key issues, constraints, and transport specific objectives set by Conwy County Borough Council and Welsh Government, and from stakeholder engagement.
We anticipate that the improved pedestrian and cycling experience will attract a greater number of visitors to the area via walking and cycling.
