You can find this information on Find My Street. This lists all the roads that the Council has a duty to maintain, roads that are due to be adopted under Section 38 agreements, public footpaths and bridleways. We can supply written information of whether a road is publically maintained or not in response to formal written requests. Fees are applicable - see below.
