Equalities monitoring questions will be asked in a separate survey which will be optional. This information will be collated to produce a summary report. The summary report will be used to evaluate and help draw out thematic actions to be included in the final Plan. This data will be collected via an anonymised basis and no ability to link to an individual.

An online questionnaire will be available. The survey responses will be collated on the Gov Services platform. Conwy County Borough Council use a variety of different systems to store and process your data, some of these are hosted internally, whereas others are hosted by 3rd party organisations on cloud based hosting within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where feedback is provided by email or via the drop in sessions, the information will be held in a Word document, and will be stored on our internal storage.

Information from the consultation will be used to update the draft LHMA. Once approved by the Council’s Economy and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and Cabinet, this document will be available on the Council’s website.
