Information will be held securely on CCBC network.
How long your data will be held for:
Successful candidate information will be held securely on the CCBC network and confidentially disposed of 6 years after their employment with the authority ceases.
Unsuccessful candidate information will be confidentially disposed of after the employment process is complete (i.e. immediately after the successful candidate takes up the post.)
Who your data may be shared with:
Externally with Personnel Checks (our processing agency) and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

In law you have a range of rights over your personal data which include:

- the right of access to the personal data we hold about you;
- the right to correct any inaccuracies within the personal data we hold;
- the right to have your personal data deleted when it is no longer required;
