This course is aimed for those who wish to acquire more positive ways of managing children’s behaviour both prosocial and antisocial.
Course content
Part 1:
- A very brief overview of general psychology
- A very brief overview of behavioural psychology
Part 2:
- Opportunity to look at current scenarios to practice assessing the behaviour and applying relevant Strategies.
- Discuss case studies.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the main ways in which children learn behaviour
- Describe ways in which good behaviour can be encouraged
- Describe a way in which unacceptable behaviour can be discouraged or controlled
